Making Aria's birthday cake!

Valencia: Hello everyone and welcome back to our blog!

Holly: Just me and Valencia today we are staying at our granny's this week!

Valencia: On Monday, we made Aria's birthday cake and we wanted to show you some pictures of us making it!

Holly: It is also Aria's birthday tomorrow! We won't be able to be with her when she opens her presents, but we will see her at dolly school!

Valencia: We will also be making a whole you tube video about it as her party is on Saturday and we will be celebrating her birthday then!

Holly: So here are all of the amazing pictures!

Valencia: All of us ready to bake!

Holly: Here is all of our ingredients! It is a Victoria sponge cake!

Valencia: First, Aria mixed the butter and sugar!

Holly: Then, Sia put the eggs in!

Valencia: Talita put the flour in!

Holly: Then Aria scooped it into two bowls!

Valencia: Then she put it into the microwave to cook, whilst it cooked we took our dogs for a walk, played fetch with them and gave them their food!

Holly: Then, Aria got it out of the oven, using a towel so she didn't burn her hands!

Valencia: Then, they were all cooked!

Holly: Then Valencia added the jam and cream!

Valencia: Last but not least, Holly put the icing on the cake!

Holly: Then it was all finished!

Valencia: We really hope you enjoyed our blog post!
